These Terms govern use of Syncrie's website www.syncrie.digital and services, including automation (e.g., $300 simple setups, $750 AI appointment setters), blog writing ($400 setups), digital marketing ($250/month social automation), and support ($150/month). By accessing, you agree to these Terms, forming a binding contract.
1. Eligibility
Users must be 18+ and authorized if representing a business.
2. Services
We provide described services on an "as is" basis, with estimated timelines (e.g., 1-3 days for simple automation). You own third-party accounts (e.g., Zapier); software fees are separate.
3. User Obligations
Provide accurate information. Prohibit illegal use, reverse-engineering, or interference.
4. Payments
Fees (e.g., $35/hour for custom work) are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may incur charges.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain rights to deliverables; you receive a limited license. You license your content for service provision.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
No warranties; liability limited to fees paid in prior 12 months. Not liable for third-party issues.
7. Termination
We may terminate for breaches; outstanding fees remain due.
8. Governing Law
Philippine law applies; disputes resolved in Manila courts.
9. Amendments
Updated Terms posted; continued use constitutes acceptance.
